Paul V. Xavier

Paul V. Xavier is the author of ANSWERING THE “WHAT IFS” IN REAL ESTATE and an active  real estate investor who has been investing in Hawaii real estate since 1999 and across the United States since 2004 with current residential real estate holdings in Hawaii, Indiana and Ohio. He owns everything from single family homes to apartment complexes to commercial real estate. He is owner of three different real estate companies: Founder and President of Hawaii Real Estate Investors, CEO of Realestate-Extreme, LLC our real estate holding and training company and Sell-EZ-1 Realty our real estate brokerage firm located in Hawaii.

He is familiar with ALL aspects of real estate investing including, but not limited to, wholesaling, lease options, subject to, options, retailing, property management, short sales, foreclosures and rehabbing from locating, evaluating, acquiring (conventionally and creatively) and liquidating.

Paul is a highly sought after Speaker, Trainer, Coach and Mentor who has trained thousands of students across the country. He has trained, mentored and shared the stage with people like Russ Whitney, James Smith, Don Burnham and has spoke at numerous real estate events across the country.  Paul has taught everything from basic real estate classes to advanced strategies like Creative financing, Property Management, Foreclosures and of course he has been a personal Mentor to hundreds of students, creating several millionaires in the process.
